·Geographical Location:

It is located to the southwest of Tianjin and is an important passageway to 2 large provinces of Hebei and Shandong of China. The highway linking Beijing and Fuzhou and the railway line between Beijing and Shanghai pass just by the zone. A railway goods yard with an annual handling capacity of 1.5 million tons is only 1 km from the zone. The planned area of the zone is 10.8 sq.km, its preliminary area is 2 sq.km.

·Infrastructure:

Power and water supply, drainage system, telecommunication, roads and leveled land have all been made ready in the zone.

·Industries:

So far, 138 enterprises of various types have entered the zone, the total contractual investment is 1.3 billion RMB. Over 40 enterprises with overseas capital from 7 countries and regions have resided in the zone.
