The Investment Environment
Tianjin Jinnan Economic Development Area (Shuangqiaohe)
is established in 1992, which is approved by the People's
Government of Tianjin Municipality. It is located
in Shuangqiaohe Town of Jinnan District and south
bank of the lower reaches of the Haihe River. There
are 2 square kilometers of the planned area, near
Tianjin New Coastal Area and industrial area of Tianjin
Port. It is one of the most hopeful regions in north
China with developing latent capacity. The Development
Area is only 16 kilometers apart from the center of
Tianjin, 18 kilometers apart from Tianjin Port which
is the largest international trade port in North China,
15 kilometers to Tianjin Airport, and 15 kilometers
to Jing-Jin-Tang Expressway. Being adjacent to Jingu
Road on its north, the Jin-Jin Expressway on its south,
the Ligang Railway that is linked together with the
Shanguang Railway tightly on its east, the area possesses
unique geographic position and convenient traffic
environment. That is a perfect place for investment
home and abroad.
* The Infrastructure Construction
As a result of 8-year developing construction of
the Development Area, the Area has necessary foundation
facilities for investment completely inside the planned
area. The Development Area has built a 35KV substation
by itself, and supply power through a double power
supply closed type return circuits. And the Area has
built one waterworks of ten thousand tons per day
which can supply water during 24 hours continuously,
the networks of highway, water supply and drains off
water is densely covered inside the planned area,
and directly leads to the needing blocks. The Development
Area places in area with the terrestrial heat layer,
the utilization of natural resources of such kind
are very convenient. In the vicinity, Japan Asahi
Energy Company has built 3000 tons of liquefied gas
of petroleum. The Developing Area can draw the pipeline
into the Area if needed. The Development Area has
paid attention to make the area green by planting
trees, flowers, etc. and beautified the area in recent
years. The green park of 27,000m2 has been built up
in the preceding area, and the greenery belts with
flowers and plants and erect marvelous street lighting
are built in two sides of the road, created graceful
surroundings of production and life for businessman
from China and foreign countries.

storage of energy resources is proper to invest various
