With well developed network for land, sea and air transportation, Tianjin's transport and communication services have reached new levels.

Railway

Tianjin is the railway hub connecting the Northeast, North, East and South of China. It is also the closest hub to the Euro-Asia Continental Bridge. The National express railway system currently under construction will converge here.

Highways

Highways radiate out to the North, Northwest and Northeast of China and interconnect with the national highway network.

Airports

Tianjin's International Airport is a national Category 1 airport and is the largest airfreight terminal in North China. It handles 128,000 Tons of cargo annually and has over 40 overseas and domestic routes.

Ports

The Tianjn Port is the biggest man-made port in China and the largest international multi-function trading port in the north of China. It has 146 berths of various types including 48 deep-water berths for ships over 10,000 tons. It has an annual handling capacity exceeding 70 million tons and has business links to more than 300 ports in over 160 countries and regions and over 40 scheduled international lines. The container handling capacity is more than one million TEU.
