The center is located
in the best business area and developed on the basis of
the project Phase I, Phase II, Phase III. It covers a floor
space of 13.6 hectares and construction area of 300,000
square meters. It consists of 12 buildings, the main body
is three-story steel building. It is well organized and
has its specific characters. A large scale of wholesale
can open a new business field. The buildings have complete
facilities, such as passengers and goods center, storage
center, broad parking site, economical hotel, office apartment,
bank, security company, entertainment center, service center.
It can attract customers and provide excellent service.
The center connects with three wide-ranging areas: Northeast,

the whole country. It is the largest commodities collection-and-distribution

area of 300,000 square meters. It is divided into 12 regions,
19 single buildings. Regions No.1-11 is three-story steel-structure
building, which is used as wholesale market; Region No.
12 is 22-story frame-structured building for the use of
commerce and living. Region No.1: Clocks, small home apparatus,
stainless-steel products and second-hand communication materials;
Region No. 2: Clothes; Region No. 3: Small merchandises,
leather products and shoes: Region No.4: Shoes; Region No.5:
Bedding; Region No.6: Big home apparatus, handiworks, presents,
recreational and sports products, and office stationery;
Region No.7: Cosmetics, washing articles and hair dressing
and beauty appliances; Region No.8: sound and video books
and publication; Region No.9: Cigarette, wine, tea and food;
Region No.10-11: Storage and transportation; Region No.
12: Apartments.

¡¡The construction of the center will combine the entertainment,
leisure, travel and shopping in Tianjin. The annual trade
