Project Profile:
In order to meet the
demand of domestic car consumption market after we enter
WTO, and give play to the unique geographic advantage of
Tianjin, we will construct the Car Fair and Trade Center
during the 10th Five-Year plan period. After the construction,
it will become the address of ZhongJing Car Exhibition Network
and will be the biggest distributing center , the largest
scale exhibition center of cars in the north of China.
Construction
Scale and Content:
Covering the floor space of 684700 square meters and total
construction area of 300000 square meters. The main contents
of construction are: car trade and exhibition zone、international
car fair and meeting center、international car famous shop
plaza、car museum、imported car inspect and test line、car-fan
club、comprehensive administrative building、cargo storage
facilities、and car culture park, etc.
Social
and Economic Benefit:
After the construction, it is forecasted that the annual
sale income will be 100 billion yuan; the annual profit,
8 billion yuan; new added tax, 6 billion yuan; period of
investment recovery, 5 years; internal rate of return, 20%.
