The total construction area is 40000 square meters, including:
1. theatre with 1800
seats for large classical plays and evening galas;
2. concert hall with
600 seats for the performance of symphony;
3. medium-size theatre
with 800 seats for mini performance;
4. display hall;
5. rehearsal hall;
6. stage designing room.
