Market Prediction:

Speeding up the housing construction is the new increasing point the state economy. It is also proposed in the Plan of Development of Tianjin Housing Construction that the living space for the civil residents will be enlarged to 14 square meters. In order to fulfill the plan of the new century , the constructed floor space need to be built 24 million square meters in the Ninth Five-Year-Plan with annual constructed floor space of 4.8 square meters. If the light-frame structure makes up one-third of the space, the annual average using volume of non-load-bearing wall material is about 650 thousand cubic meters. Due to the reasons of product quality and function, the annual output of non-load-bearing wall cubes is less than 400 thousand cubic meters which is 60% of the demanding capacity. The annual output of Aerated Concrete with Malm is 108 thousand cubic meters which is 16.6% of the demanding capacity. With the continuous development of wall material improvement the ratio of the frame-light structure will be higher year after year.

With the development of annual construction of public construction and urban and county residence, the demand for the new-type wall material will be greater.

The factory is rich in water source, with 2 way electric supply and a special train of 6 lines. The project plant to set up a production line with the capacity of manufacturing 180,000 square meter Aerated Concrete every year, of which Aerated Concrete with Malm is 108,000 square meter and Aerated concrete block is 72,000 square meters. Tianjin is the largest sea port for foreign trade in north China, as well as a comprehensive industrial base. It has the biggest container pier and Cargo Air Shipping Center.
