　 Project Profile:
　 In order to adapt to the traffic of 100,000-ton bulk goods freighter and the fifth generation container vessels, the waterway will be continuously widened and deepened on the basis of the first stage construction. After trimming and dredging, the waterway will be fit for bulk freighters under 40000-ton levels and container vessels under 25000-ton level. Moreover, oil tanks under 20000-ton can pass in two-way during tide period; ordinary ships under 50000-ton level can pass during tide-free period; fully loaded container vessels of fifth and sixth generation can pass the port when the water level is slightly higher than the average low tide position; ordinary vessels between 100,000-ton and 150,000-ton level can pass the port under certain conditions.
　

　 Construction Scale and Content:
　 The total length is 33 km with the floor width of 210m and the depth of -14.8m. Actual length of waterway construction is 28km.
