　 Project Profile:
　 According to the requirement of structure adjustment in the Port and the implement of the "bulk cargos at the north and carriers at the south" strategy, the original small-size miscellaneous cargos dock (about 10-20 docks) will be renovated into carrier berths and special berths in the North Port of Tianjin Port. The renovation will be carried out in stages and turns. The dock will be equipped with small-model container loading & unloading bridge and the container stacker will be used in the stockyard.
　

　 Construction Scale and Content:
　 Some berths for miscellaneous cargos will be renovated into 10-12 container berths of 20000-ton level and 30000-ton level


　 Social and Economic Benefit:
　 The internal rate of return is 10.04%. The period of recovery is 15.4 years.
