　 Project Profile:
　 It is an important one of the seven planning lines in the center of city zone，extending both to the north and the south. It passes some center trading areas, like: XiNanJiao, BinJiang Road, XiaoBaiLou, NanLou; some residential areas, like: XiHengDi, BenXi Road, DingZiGu, XiaWaFang, NanLou, JianShan, XiaoHaiDi; and some activity areas for culture, like TuCheng, ChenTangZhuang, HuiDui Industrial Area, HongQiao Palaestra, Youth Activity Center, HeXi Gymnasium, People Park and the railway hinge，western railway station. The Proposal of the project has been permitted by the State Development Planning Commission.
　

　 Construction Scale and Content:
　 The total length of the line is 26 kilometers with 23 stations, including the existing part to reconstruct, 7.3 kilometers.
