Profile:
Enviro-friend wood composite
floorboard is made form base material covered with a thin
layer of precious wood. The base material is shaped from
speed grown tree or plywood. Comparing with wood board the
composite one is better in looking and wet proofing, smaller
in deformation, easier in installation and lower in cost.
Because the composite board has low content of formaldehyde
and ultraviolet solidified paint and other special technique
are used, the composite board is well positioned in domestic
and world market. In Europe it is legislated that only this
kind of composite floorboard can be imported. Fumandi composite
board of LongQing group has been well established in production
and sale. Considering the demands of market it is necessary
to produce the new base material to replace the imported
one, and increase production of thick surface layer and
thick surface board.

Scale and Content:
On the base of standing workshop import production lines
and technique for enviro-friend wood composite floor base
and thick cover composite floor board. Yearly output of
floor base, thick surface layer, and enviro-friend wood
composite floorboard is 10 thousand, 1.25 million, 1 million
square meters for each. 70% of them will be exported and
30% of them will be vended in China.
Social
and Economic Benefit:
Yearly increment of sale income of 229 million Yuan, profit
of 25 million Yuan and tax of 5.45 million Yuan. Foreign
exchange per year will be 13 million US dollars.
