Profile:
Tianjin ranks the first in the country with a capacity
to produce 240,000 tons of maleic anhydride. During the
Tenth Five-Year Plan period, two stages are planned to construct
the installation of 60000-ton maleic anhydride to handle
the production of 84,000 tons. The production of benzene
anhydride is 42,000 tons. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan
period, two stages are planned to construct installation
of 70000-ton benzene anhydride production. That will rank
the first in the country with a capacity to produce 120,000
tons. Now, the first stage construction (including 30000
tons of maleic anhydride and 30000 tons of benzene anhydride)
is listed in the national plan.
