Profile:
During the 10th Five-year Plan period, Bohai Chemical Group
will establish the largest PVC production base in China
with the total scale of million tons. The item covers six
subitems: Dagu Chemical Factory will construct equipments
of 170,000-ton EDC splitting and 50,000-ton ethylene oxide-chloride,
with total capacity of 400,000 tons; Tianjin Chemical Factory
will construct 35,000-ton VCM and polymerization equipment,
120,000-ton polymerization and after treatment facility
with the capacity of 250,000-ton; Dagu Yuejin Factory will
develop its Phase II construction, and the capacity will
reach 300,000-600,000 tons.
Construction
Scale and Content:
1.
Dagu Chemical Factory: To construct EDC splitting of 170,000-ton,
ethylene oxide-chloride of 50,000-ton, and PVC production
output will increase 200,000 tons; 2. Tianjin Chemical Factory:
The annual production of 35,000-ton PVC technology improvement,
120,000-ton PVC polymerization equipment, and PVC production
output will increase 155,000 tons; 3. Dagu Yuejin Factory:
The annual production output of PVC is 200,000 tons, and
Phase II technology improvement will increase 150,000 -450,000
tons of PVC.
Social
and Economic Benefit:
The production output will increase 3,124 million yuan,
profit 212.18 million yuan and tax 104.2 million yuan.
