Profile:
Present equipments: a production line of aluminum planking
with the annual yield of 12000 tons, including a line of
cast rolling, a set of cold rolling mill, a set of cross
cutting machine, a set of vertical cutting machine, a annealing
furnace, a substation of 35 KVA with the capacity of 720
KVA, deep water well with water treatment of 70 tons/hour,
a circulating water pump and a air compressor. The project
began on Dec. 18, 1995 and the production line was completed
in April 1998. The new project is the imperfection and completion
of the original one. Its high-grade products and its value-added
of the products can be deemed as the import substitutions,
and meet the need of domestic and foreign market.
Construction
Scale and Content:
Production
line of high-grade foiled aluminum sheet can yield 18000
tons per year. The construction area covers 10000 square
meters with 5500 square meters newly-added. Renovation of
cold rolling mill can increase the production from 12000
tons to 20000 tons per year. Aluminum foil production line
will come into construction with annual yield of 10000 tons.
Construction of a large production line on coloring cotton
ginning can yield 2000 tons per year. A maintenance and
processing center will also be set up.
Social
and Economic Benefit:
Annual production value can reach 500 million yuan. The
sales income will be 51 million yuan with the profit of
15 million yuan and sale tax of 25 million yuan.
