　 Project Profile:
　The company worked out plans during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. Since the renovation of steel making and casting, the annual yield of the tube billet can reach 0.9-1 million tons. Since the renovation of hot-rolling tube unit, the annual yield of steel tube can reach 650,000 tons. There is still 300,000-ton margin for the production of tube billets. It is imperative to carry out the second stage construction in order to develop Tianjin into the largest production base of oil supply tubes and high-quality seamless tubes.


　 Construction Scale and Content:
　 Annual yield of seamless tube will add 250,000 tons. Construction content: construction of the second rolling unit of seamless steel tube with the size of 48-168.3 mm, mainly the production line of hot-rolling and steel tube finishing, water treatment and dust removal facilities. 118 sets of equipments are added, including 20 sets imported ones. The construction area will increase 50,000 square meters.


　 Social and Economic Benefit:
　Annual yield can reach 250,000 tons of seamless tubes. Annual sales income will add 1.11 billion yuan with profit tax of 275.74 million yuan (profit: 207.32 million yuan; tax: 68.42 million yuan).
