　 Tianjin Samsung Video Co Ltd is a joint-venture enterprise by Tianjin Electronic Instrument General Company and Korea Samsung Electronic Tube Company. It can yield 3.6 million color kinescopes and color display tubes. Because of the shortage of large-screen color display tube, the company decided to expand the production line in order to meet the demand of the market.

　 Construction Scale and Content:
　 Need to build 50,000 cubic meter workshop and two production lines of large-screen color display tube with the annual yield of 1.5 million pieces for each line. The annual yield of 19' and 21' large-screen color display tube is 3 million pieces.

　 Social and Economic Benefit:
　 The annual sales income will be 300 million dollars with the profit taxes of 38 million dollars
