Poly ether is mainly used for producing poly succinate . At present the production capability of poly ether in China is 400,000 ton/year. The annual increase of poly ether in the world is 5 % while that in China is 255% Thus the demand for poly ether is increasing rapidly, especially for special ploy ether , which has a little production , even null in china . Dagu Chemical Factory itself has sufficient oxirane , which is main raw material for poly ether . Thus the construction of the project is not only a necessity , but also has favorable basic conditions ,. By so doing , raw materials could be further processed , so as to achieve better economic results.

Dagu Chemical Factory is one of large caustic soda enterprises in China . Its main products are caustic soda, polyvinyl chloride and oxirane and its production scale in China is on the first line in this sector .
