The coherent plastic magnetic material is a new kind of material developed in 1990s with new technology for magnetic elements. It is widely used in automobile motors, computer motors, laser printer motors, duplicating machines, special-shaped magnetic elements used in automatic control parts, electromagnetic valves and the magnetic core of water meters. The company imported the equipment and relevant test instruments for making coherent plastic magnetic materials in 1oips. The production capacity is 300 tons of coherent plastic magnetic materials and 300 tones of the parts made of this material. Five kinds of coherent plastic magnetic rollers and six kinds of motor rotors have been made with the efforts of the technicians from the company. The developing and cleaning parts used in laser printers and the parts used in frequency converting air condition and refrigerators are the most advanced in China.
