¡¡ Project Profile:
¡¡Fulangyuan is an agri-ecology garden developed by the Zeye
agriculture development corporation Tianjin at east Chitu
town of Dongli District Tianjin. The garden covers an area
of 1735.6 mu and is convenient in traffic. It enjoys great
regional advantage since it is well within the reach of
coast development area, new-and-hi tech development zone,
municipal development area, tax protection area and hi tech
garden. In line with the principle of "based on agriculture
to boost its efficiency", Fulangyuan makes full use
of its advantage in unique geophysical position, traffic
and zoning location; brings in various agriculture technology;
breaks through traditional mode of operation; and are trying
to built a gardening ecology agriculture base and industrial
corporation group to collect, all in one, new and hi tech
in agriculture, forest, livestock farming and tourism.

¡¡ Construction
Scale and Content:
¡T the development includes seven sections as follows: l
Base of fish-culture for viewing. Covering an area of 50
mu. There exist solely-sun green houses, partly-sun houses,
hatching and growing shops for tropical fish, seven outdoor
fish ponds and administrative block, and other adequate
equipment for water and heat supply and fish growing. The
base will be upgraded to comprehensive entertaining fish
base covering an area of 200 mu. l Base of fresh water fish
for exportation. There exist surrounding lake, Yubao lake
and Fairy fishing pond. The area of usable water is over
500 mu. l Gardening nursery. 28 solely-sun green houses
are in operation and with adequate facilities of irrigation
and draining, and water and power supply. Two green houses
may be dedicated to the research and development of edible
fungus. 26 green houses are used for normal farming. l 800
mu of forest base. It has been equipped with adequate system
of irrigation and draining, and with bountiful water source.
l Livestock farming base. Covering 40mu in area and equipped
with perfect infrastructure and in excellent condition for
livestock growing. l Processing and storing section. Covering
42mu in area the section comprises standard processing plant
and fridge warehouse. Agricultural and livestock produce
from the base and the villages around the base will be elaborately
processed, and then be put into market. By the processing
and fresh storing the produce will added with value, and
hence will stay in good position in market in the scale
of industrialization. l Tourism section. Fulangyuan, endowed
with unique landscape, beautiful gardening art, outlandish
scenery and ample cultural intension, will be shaped into
a shining pearl in Donglihu lake tourist zone.
¡¡ Social and Economic Benefit:
¡¡By the project cash forestrition, modern gardening nursery,
fresh keeping warehouse and processing facilities will be
built. It serves as a demonstration for ecological environment
and agriculture of Tianjin, and an impetus for their progression.
The project will function well in production of ecological
agriculture and in regulation of ecology. It will also contribute
to meet the demand for high quality of living environment
in urban area and will push the building up of ecological
agriculture.
