China opened to the world.
As one of the municipalities under the direct administration
of the Central Government of People's Republic of China, Tannin
is the economic center of China's Boa rim and is being built
into a modern port city and a major economic center in Northern
China. It is a location favoured by many investors from all

For the convenience of overseas small and middle enterprises
in Tianjin, the Municipal Government of Tianjin has decided
to set up this "SME Investment &development Centre"
to help foreign business partners to familiarize themselves
with Tianjin and with its opportunities for profitble business.
The "Center" is authorized by the Tannin Municipal
Government and is managed by the "Foreign Investment
Servive Centre". Through this centre quick access exists
to other Government Departments.

into an Office Area and Service and Management Area. The Office
Area consists of 26 well furnished office rooms, conference
rooms and meeting room with multimdia instrument .The Management
Area has a front desk and is composed of a comprehensive Consulting
Service Department with direct access to other Government.Romote

centre connected to INTERNET.The sevice area is consist of
reading and rest rooms.

to set up presentative office in Tianjin.

in Tianjin.exam the candidate qualification. handle related
procedure formalities.
3.Providing information and consulting to such partners regarding

* Candidates for the "Centre"should meet the
