From
Jan. to August of 2002, the total import &
export value was increased by 13.9 per cent compared with
the period of 2001 to US$135.53billion, the values of export
was increased by12.1 per cent to UD$6.887 billion,
among which US$1.388 billion were exported by the State
Enterprises with 6.7 per cent falling rate and the export
value of foreign funded enterprises were increased
by 17.5per cent to US$5.307 billion. And they separately
occupied 20.2 per cent and 77.1 per cent of the total export
values of the city.
